Therefore, with such a big event in Unite States, it clear will bring serious risk issues during the event, especially this event are relating to the polities. Thousands or millions of people will participate in both party’s Presidential Nomination Convention, which increases the risk on safety and security or may causes some potential harms. As a result of, in order to make a successful in those special events, it is important that the host units and local governments, law agencies have an integrated communication and risk management plans for it. Tampa is a major businesses center of Florida which located on Tampa Bay, along Florida’s Gulf Coast and surrounding with weather (Traveladviser, 2016 ). With such great geographical location and high motility, Tampa a popular tourist destination (Sheryl Young, 2010). However, for the safety and security concern, according to the Neighborhoodscou.com, a websites shows the Crime rates for all the cities in America, it shows the crime rate in Tampa is considerably higher than the national average across all communities in America. In addition, if comparing to the FBI crime data, Tampa still is not one of the safest communities in America. Moreover, overview the Florida’s safety and security issues, Tampa’s crime rates still higher than 62% of the state's cities and towns of all sizes (Neighborhoodscou, 2016).
Charlotte is a major city and commercial center in NC (Traveladvertiser, 2016). According to Charlotte’s official travel websites (2016), it states that the city is located in the heart of the Southeast, Charlotte lies within the southern Piedmont of North Carolina, along the state’s border with South Carolina which provides this city a good condition to become popular.
