My career objective is to gain insight in the field of public health through practical experience. So far, I enjoy studying public health immensely, because the knowledge gained from school is so applicable to real life, which can not only assist me in making wise choices concerning my health, I can become more aware of the current health issues facing the world today. I am motivated towards my objectives because I have a passion for improving health worldwide. So many people are health illiterate and are unaware of the long-term health effects of their life choices, which is unfortunate since health is so vital to well-being and functioning in daily life. I want to empower people to make healthy choices for themselves, so that they can live long and healthy lives without being afflicted with the chronic diseases that are so prevalent in modern society.
