This case study helps to know that there are many training techniques employers use to train their workers. Training employees at work is the most formal and common method. Some of the proficiencies needed by hospitality workers consist of information of the duty, skills, good behaviour, basic technology skills, and performance for positive job presentations, consumer relationships, and enthusiastic creativeness.

The theory of the study was that variances exist in apparent motivation needs between newer and older workforces. The current discoveries from the neurosciences provide experiential sign that human forward cortex brain growth continues into a person’s late twenties.
