1. Describe how using customer-centric practices and social media can help this company expand their customer base and improve the customer experience.
Being customer centric is so important for this agency. There is a long list of why being a customer friendly company is essential for success in any industry. Some facts prove this from an article I found “89% of customers will pay 25% more for a better customer experience. 73% of consumers fall in love with a brand because of friendly employees or customer service reps. 89% of consumers do business with a competitor after a poor customer experience” (smallbiztrends.com). Based off of this information it just shows how important making your company core customer-centric when dealing with customer in your daily job. People will want to come back and be part of your company if you have a great body of work that is friendly to all customers. Now social media, you have made your company customer-centric. Now we need to get this information out to the public so they know what you do and who you are. Social media is essential to growing any company and expanding customer base. Social media through twitter and Facebook will let your company become more recognized for minimal money out of your pocket. I feel twitter and Facebook are so important because they are a great bang for your buck. Just pay someone to monitor your free advertising. If you do this your company will grow.
