A. Advertising:
Some of the main ways apple has used to advertise and promote its products before was through some media advertisements that sometimes were purely informative, reminder and others teasing. They have also depended so much on their own website to inform their customers of new products coming soon and when they are released. Also emailing customers and those that already have apple products with the new products before they are even available. In other ways creating a demand before our product is out through all our loyal customers and those that dream of owning one. Especially knowing that from our market analysis we found that 48.8% of the population use their laptops for studying. We will be using university and college websites to promote the New MacBook Pro. This will be a place that is convenient for students to receive information about our product since they are on their school portals most of the time.
B. Communications:
Keeping our communication with our customers through our main website, app and emails is very important and productive. Adding active social media communication such as Instagram, twitter and Facebook would add to our customer pool more. They are also very effective means of communication with customers now, since this is where people of all ages and diversity meet. Making it easier to reach people and more effective with recent technology.
C. Public Relations:
One of the smart and effective ways of marketing is public relations. We’ve seen apple use it in the best way possible and we will continue to take advantage of this successful way. We will specifically use pre-launch events where all press are invited, business leaders and decision makers as well, main community figures and clients would help boost the event
