Introduction According to Florida statues you must have a license to carry a concealed weapon. In order to obtain a license you must be at least twenty-one years of age, not suffer a physical infirmity, and must be a resident and citizen of the United States or a permanent resident (Statues & Constitution). There are many more regulations in order to get a license. Carrying a concealed weapon has become a problem, although it is a privilege it can sometimes cause people to get into trouble.
