The results were clear providing the various demographic characteristics that can affect a patient’s choice of medical service and satisfaction for each department with certain factors playing into part.

Further studies may include inpatients to make for a more comprehensive overall picture, combine medical service quality during the medical encounter with the viewpoints of hospital administrators and medical professional, continue the study by applying the “professional service encounter” to other professional services, in order to explore customer satisfaction and the reasons for repeated consumption and carried out empirical studies on outpatient customers of different types of hospitals.
11. This study was interesting because it is a field that is in high demand and the quality of the service is usually a concern to future patients. With the assumption of Obstetrics and gynecology being the most unsatisfied and emphasis of making their own decisions, the results showed both departments, general outpatient and obstetrics and gynecology, were both similarly concerned with the environment, interactions, and communication. I learned that the quality of a health facility service is compared to a hotel or even a restaurant. The subjects that were satisfied had low educational levels and the unsatisfied and more prone to making their own medical decisions had higher educational levels. The result of the study all depends on what the study is looking
