Hi Maureen, sorry for the delay in responding to your e-mail, but yes, I talked with Ellen the majority of her complaints was related to the treatment her brother is receiving in the nursing home. After our long discussion, she communicated to me that she talked with Marylyn the nursing home charge nurse who expressed they would deal with the issue. I have sent the social worker to follow-up with the patient’s complaints. I have sent the Merline, RN the primary nurse to also follow-up and educate Mr. Rosin on some of his concerns and the intervention we would put in place. I have been talking with Mrs. Rosin his mom and have addressed all her concerns. Mrs. Rosin most recent discussion was at the beginning of today please observe the note listed
