College sports players should NOT be paid. They are working toward a career, not magically receiving one. The reality of sports being treated better than the other students should not have been, but it was and carried on from elementary throughout high school. They should not be privileged anymore, but should get a job and work more for pay like everybody else. This concept even being considered is disgusting to me. Imagine this scenario: The director for the Arts portion of the school (Mr. Smith), the overall coach-of-the-coaches for sports(Mr. Henry), and a member of the schoolboard (Mr. Jones) are talking.
