LEVEL OF SATISFACTION TOWARDS HEALTH CARE SERVICES OF PRIVATE MULTI-SPECIALITY HOSPITALS – PERCENTAGE ANALYSIS
1. A majority (73.7%) of the patients are highly satisfied towards the location of the hospitals whereas (6.8%) of the patients are highly dissatisfied towards the additional facilities such as dining room, dressing room, ventilation, electric points, water supply, power supply, wash space and rest house etc.
2. A majority (52.3%) of the patients are highly satisfied towards fixing an appointment and token system for consultation of doctors whereas 23.3% of the patients are highly dissatisfied towards getting an appointment for consultation regarding health through internet facility.

The patients who got married were more satisfied towards the health care services in private multi-speciality hospitals than bachelors. It is discussed from the Chi-square analysis that there is a close relationship between the marital status of the patients and their level of satisfaction on the health care services.
7. The patients who reside in rural areas attained the high level of satisfaction than other categories. It is analysed from the Chi-square analysis that there exists a highly significant association between the area of residence and the level of satisfaction on the service.

On the basis of awareness of patients, the patients who had awareness at a medium level had attained the high level of satisfaction towards the health care services in private multi-speciality hospitals. The Chi-square analysis confirmed that there is a close significant relationship between the level of awareness and level of patients' satisfaction on health care services.
9. The patients of KG hospital had attained the high level of satisfaction on health care services than the patients of other hospitals. It is evaluated from the Chi-square analysis that there is a close significant relationship between the nature of treatment and level of patient's satisfaction on health care services.

From the Multiple Regression Analysis, it was analysed that the level of satisfaction towards health care services of private multi-speciality hospitals is predicted by the -0.090 unit decrease in age, 0.016 unit increase in gender, -0.060 unit decrease in educational qualifications, 0.119 unit increase in occupational status, 0.007 unit increase in monthly income of the family, - 0.029 unit decrease in marital status, 0.060 unit increase in residential area, 0.227 unit increase in sources of awareness, 0.050 unit increase in health facility centre, 0.044 unit increase of nature in treatment and 0.025 unit increase in kind of
