Throughout the month Robin Riddick came to the staff office and appeared to be alert and groomed. Ms. Riddick went to speak with Wellness Coach Ms. Johnson and Hud Vash Case worker Heather Slater in discussion it was said that she had to go down to HELP USA to recertify for the calendar year 2017. In discussing with Ms. Slater that Ms. Riddick has received a one-shot deal and will be placing extra towards her rent monthly. Ms. Riddick has not provided an update on her Medical health and Mental Health. Wellness Coach Teresa Cain Teresa Cain will continue to reach out to Ms. Riddick throughout the upcoming month of January 2017.
