R/s today Mrs. Waters daughter, Debbie reported the concerns regarding her mother and father living situation. R/s Mrs. Waters is alert and oriented, but she shouldn’t be left alone. R/s Mrs. Waters was admitted on 11/17/2015 for therapy and the new ostomy. R/s since 11/17/15 Mrs. Waters has been in the same room and everyday Mr. Waters asks for where is her room. R/s Mrs. Waters has been very reluctant to get assistance to care Mrs. Waters. R/s supposedly he is meeting with Friendly Care.
