INTRODUCTION
Our group was chosen Beryl’s Chocolate and Confectionary as our company visit to accomplish our assignment. We visited that company on 17 October 2014 at Friday. We chosen Beryl’s because we want to know the process to make chocolate and what factors that company was sustainable.
Beryl’s Chocolate and Confectionary Sdn Bhd (Beryl’s) was established in 1995. The first placement of Beryl’s Chocolate is in Desa Serdang, Selangor. At the first, Beryl’s Chocolate only introduces three products which are Triangle Bar Chocolate, Popcorn Chocolate and Assorted Nut Milk Chocolate. In further, the fine chocolates and chocolates with peanuts contribute to the high sales of Beryl’s Chocolate rather than the chocolates in flavour especially for the fruits flavour. Because of the higher demand of both types of chocolates, so every day they must produce those products in order to meet the customer needs. Vice versa with the fruits flavoured chocolates, they need to forecast the production as those products only can be long lasting in two to three months because of the used of the fresh fruits for the taste of the flavour. This is one of the ways in maintaining the quality of products and raises the reputation of Beryl’s Chocolate.
CONTINUES PROCESS
As for today, Beryl’s Chocolate offers more than 100 variety flavours of chocolates to suit with the customer tastes and preferences. In terms of process analysis and design, Beryl’s Chocolate uses the flowchart to describe a clear process of the productions of chocolates. There are three main chocolates which are dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. The processes of those chocolates have the same step of process phases before they produce the variety of flavour and mould. The phases are chocolate manufacturing process, chocolate moulding process and chocolate panning process.

It is because many people do not know about their product.
