The main purpose of this report has been written to outline the reasons and research as to why Carman’s fine foods should win the Best Bizz Association Award.

Research indicated that Carman’s fine foods are of high quality, good value, readily available and produced to strict environmental, social and ethical standards. Carman’s strives to produce food from the kitchen, not the chemist. Their ingredients are all natural and made in Australia.
Keep cup produces products with environmental and social responsibilities. Keep cup encourages the use of reusable cups and strives to drive reuse behavior.

Three businesses – Keep cup, Carman’s fine foods and 7-eleven- have been shortlisted for this prestigious award. The definition of a “business success” would be customer and employee satisfaction. For example, a company’s product, which will help a customer solve a problem, or a service that a company provides, that satisfy the customer’s need. Or the commitment each employee has for the company’s goals.
Keep cup
Background
Keep cup is an environmentally friendly product that purpose is built for coffee on the go. It is a reusable cup that is made in standard coffee cup sizes so that baristas can dose the correct amount of coffee. (The fine print-FAQ,2016) In the first year of sales, Keep cup has gained $3 million in revenue and have sold over 800,000 keep cups up till 2013. (RMIT,2007)
Quality and value of product
Plastic from 20 disposable cups is enough to make a small keep cup. (Reusable,2016) The material, plastic, was chosen to make the Keep cup as it is lightweight, does not break easily and dishwasher safe. Keep cup gets many positive online reviews, showing that a lot of customers are satisfied with the product. Keep cup is reasonably priced. Its products’ prices range from AUD$11-$30.
