The Caring Angel Hospital has been faced with some challenges that are hindering their current success in the health care industry. The hospital’s quality of care is undesirable and is due to the lack of communication and teamwork among the employees, which is also contributing to a decline in morale. Moreover, the hospital must evaluate their existing methodology to determine the area in which they are deficient and make all required changes. The hospital’s new objectives need to incorporate adding value, encouraging the staff to communicate effectively and work cooperatively which will boost morale. The implementation of the new proposals must be attained by staying within budget for funding in the organization is limited.

Consumers are drawn to other facilities due to the lack of service available there. It is imperative for the hospital to do an analysis to determine what type of care the consumers are seeking elsewhere and create a plan to incorporate those services.
