Buffalo Tua Meatballs

Buffalo Tuna Meatballs
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 9 pieces
Ingredients:
1 pound tuna
½ cup ground almond
¼ cup cheddar cheese
¼ cup ranch dressing (plus more for serving)
¼ cup hot sauce
1 egg
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cut the tuna into 1 inch dice. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Using your hands, combine the tuna and the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
3. Form mixture into 9 equally sized meatballs.
4. Drizzle pan with olive oil. Add meatballs till they’re golden brown and then turn them over.
5. Best served with hot sauce or your favorite ranch dressing.
Note: Add extra ground almond if meatballs won’t hold
