Meals That Make Me Rhetorical Analysis

So somewhere down the line, being a vegetarian got a bad rep; every time I tell people I don't eat meat, I get the crazy look like there is something wrong with me. What kills me, is the assumption that people make like I'm missing out in life. Let's not forget, I made this decision. Oh and in case you were wondering, I eat more than just lettuce...ugh and no I don't eat like a rabbit either. Anyways, I thought I would share with you some of my favourite meals that are also super quick to make.
1. Tuna Melt (Featured on the top right of this post). This is super easy and so yummy! All you do is make your tuna salad, then you lay it on bread; I like to use flatbread or a pita (I recently discovered Naan bread and am a fan of that so you could definitely try that as well), then you layer your cheese and stick it in the oven until the bread begins to golden around the edges and the cheese melts. This is perfect for when you're in a rush and you know ahead of time (make your salad the night before or even morning of and then when you get home for dinner, take out your bread, put it all together, stick it in the oven for about 10-15 min and you're all set. If you have a convection microwave oven like I do, you can use that as well (this may work better since you won't have to wait for it to heat up)

Quesadilla's. Okay so this maaaaybe takes about 20 minutes-total. All you need to do is grab a soft tortilla shell, throw it in a decent sized pan it, turn the stove on low just so it warms up (I keep mine in the freezer), then quickly cut up some veggies (I use tomatoes, green onions, black olives, chickpea's, and peppers), lay them out on one side of the tortilla (I only use one tortilla when I make these because I just fold the other side on top, grate some cheese and lay that on top so everything holds, turn up the heat to medium so it melts the cheese and softens the veggies but doesn't burn the tortilla, itself.
