I have chosen “Pre- School class” to observe this assignment, the school name is: Brighten Beginning School, there are 10 Students in classroom and One Teacher.
Before I observe I have asked the teacher some questions, such as what your strength as a teacher? and what weakness you concerned about?
The teacher assures about her strength in manage her classroom, and the ability to delivering information to students. However, she concerned about one thing, which is individual learning for students. After that we plan together the process of instruction and we focused in these things:

In showing the checklist to a teacher, "Which of these areas do you think you’ re strong in? Which of these areas do you think we might take a closer look at as areas for improvement?”

As we have been planning the instructor and deciding to focus on these factors “Designing coherent Instruction with learning activity “individual and group activity”, using questioning and discussion techniques, instructional materials, setting instructional outcomes and demonstrating knowledge of students.”
At the beginning of the class the teacher asked students about the day and date for today. Also, teacher mention the spring season through question, she asked students “what the season flower will be everywhere?” after that she mention the differences between seasons through asking question too, and that support using questioning and discussion techniques for our planning. Moreover, the teacher’s questions lead students through a single path of inquiry, with answers seemingly determined in advance. However, communication styles verbal and nonverbal are significant factor to get student involved in classroom. In addition, asking questions to the students improve thinking skills and come up for solutions, also get different information from other students, that improve them knowledge and thinking. Therefore, classroom environment is important to get students engaged and learning effectively. Instructional materials are critical to get students attention, the teacher I have observed she used a lot of different materials with students like: world card, board story, record and that help to deliver the lesson
