The questions is and always has been, should children be learning the higher education system. Should we challenge student with higher education questions and topics? The best learning takes place when students are challenged to defend their views and think harder than they thought was possible. Students may get frustrated, give up, or even try and give up. In the end these student realize the value of questioning their ideas. You can’t let them defend the topics with emotion, religion, or personal feelings. Higher education is a way of thinking about issues with an unbiased opinion. This takes critical thinking to a whole new level. The reason why we value this idea of higher education is because companies, jobs, industries, and employers want people who can question and go above and beyond for them. They look for people who are able to see the bigger picture as well as the small details of an idea. We should choose this topic because there are a wide variety of subjects that go along with why students should have to learn a higher education curriculum. Higher education will also enable individuals to expand their knowledge and skills, express their thoughts clearly in speech and in writing, grasp abstract concepts and theories, and increase their understanding of the world and community. …show more content…
We rely on the wisdom and information of ourselves and others to teach our children how the world works and what we should question. So many people contribute to a student 's education. Starting as a young child the information kids soak up most, comes from at home educators. As they grow up, learning is obtained from a wide variety of people including teachers, friends, and through their own person experiences. An ideal higher education system promotes knowledge while incorporating valuable information that can be used to help in aiding otherwise uninformed children in their everyday
