Avengers: Age of Ultron
Avengers: Age of Ultron is a movie that has standards that are far much above mere entertainment. The movie presents some sort of conflict that involves both protagonists and antagonists. The protagonists are the characters that are considered as heroes in a social set up. They include; Hawkeye, Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man, Black widow and Thor. On the other hand the antagonist is Hydra and his team. The main center of conflict is the constant attempt by Hydra to control scepter ownership. The powers of the scepter are believed to be very significant. The essay aims at analyzing the actions of the heroes in order to understand how leadership is portrayed and its possible insights. The essay will analyze certain scenes in order to get a precise insight of the subject.
The movie is compacted with many leadership lessons. It is very relevant for team building, especially, due to the governance instances portrayed in different scenes. The scenes have tried to expound on the fact that good character and upright leadership qualities are …show more content…
They feel that Nick Fury’s agenda is bad and hence are not sure whether whatever they are doing is appropriate or not. Eventually, the ship they have boarded gets attached to an enemy ship and they realize that they are under attack. It is at this point that they abandon their differences and decide to work as a team to defeat their common enemies (Hydra). Leadership qualities have been portrayed in this scene. The team avengers are capable of putting aside their differences and realize the need to work as a team in order to defeat their immediate enemy. One lesson that can be learned from this scene is that discussions and arguments are always healthy; however, it is the mandate of the leader to balance discussions and ensure
