Autocratic Leadership is one of the main problems in workplaces. It is a form of management where one leader usually has complete control so that’s why it is probably not a good idea, since one can person can tell everyone what to do. The leader would only think about themselves not anyone else in the business, especially because they’re mostly likely the most important person. The positives to this are making people happier about going to work and enjoying it not being down all the time. The workplace can have an impact on many people’s attitude since most people are there for most of their day.
