Autocratic Leadership is one of the main problems in workplaces. It is a form of management where one leader usually has complete control so that’s why it is probably not a good idea, since one can person can tell everyone what to do. The leader would only think about themselves not anyone else in the business, especially because they’re mostly likely the most important person. Employees don’t need to be dealing with their main boss that is always rude to them. If people had more than one boss it would make work a lot easier since people can have different opinions or even conflict with one of them.

The positives to this are making people happier about going to work and enjoying it not being down all the time. The workplace can have an impact on many people’s attitude since most people are there for most of their day. The negatives would be if everyone’s nice no one would want to get their work done, people could give them an extended time on getting their work done which wouldn’t help out the company. This problem can benefit some and have a negative impact on others, some work better when they’re pushed around others take it personally so they decide to give up. Dealing with absenteeism can also go into employees scared about getting fired. One big reason that employees from Perfect Pottery want to call off is they are scared that they will get fired since the robots have been coming into their work site and taking over. They think that if they call off of work that they won’t be able to get fired. Robots are a big problem since they don’t need to be taking over peoples jobs. Improving communication in business life is vital, it’s important that employees and managers that they develop clear communication skills.
