I have never worked for or been a member of a service organization. However, I have read about multiple service organization. One service in particular that I have read about is the International Justice Mission. The International Justice Mission is an organization designed fight for victims of sexual violence, forced labor, land seizures, illegal detention, and police abuse.

The International Justice Mission visual control is to depict unsettling realistic reality. These visual images create a dialog without the presents of words. It is important that all organizations have employees know what they are doing because it will promote capital and job satisfaction. In addition, it will help with job safety. Also, an employee cannot be an effective employee if they have personal problems. The three drawbacks are the cost of implementing these programs. Making employees feel like robots; as in, creating a standard work that gives no freedom to the employee. Lastly, the organization is reaching too far into the employee’s life.
