The campaign aims to challenge the idea that it’s not bullying if it comes from your boss or employer in the Australian workforce. This has become a perception as a result of stereotypical views. These include the idea that a boss has dominance, superiority and power over their employee and can exploit this because they have control over the targets job. Consequently, everyone needs a job to live and thrive in today's society so most wouldn’t speak up. With every one in four Australians claiming they have been bullied in the workforce (Know Bull, viewed 17 August 2015) this perception is an issue and, therefore, needs to change.

Future direction of workplace bullying
The idea that bullying isn’t really bullying if it comes from your boss is an issue that will continue to grow. Due to the fact that 95% of bullying is witnessed (Weinstein, viewed 18 August 2015) and the majority of the time never reported, it has consequently resulted in this perception becoming a reality.
If something isn’t done more people will fail to understand their rights which allows them to be abused. In a society where the terms and conditions are never read it only increases the probability of employers exploiting their employees.
As more people are exposed to this form of bullying, they’re either losing their jobs or leaving them. With more unemployed people, the economy worsens as people can’t afford to buy anything. Also, a higher unemployment rate in some industries leaves other filling up. This then, prevents young Australians without jobs and a way to make it comfortably into
