My reading assessment on 3 championship qualities is a form of critical thinking because I had to use my logic and evidence in my book to find qualities of a champion. I think I had to make the judgment on how these qualities can fit a champion. By giving examples it helps to prove my evidence in the book of Effortless Mastery by Kenny Lemer. I learned how to that critical thinking can be helpful for a book or writing an essay because you have to analyze and process the information you wrote or read. You have to look for a deeper meaning in the texts to get a make a connect to the world.…

Another way that students can improve their critical thinking ability is by relating their own experience to the material given in school. There times in school when we are asked to write or analyze an essay, we see it as something very difficult, and we block our minds to it. Sometimes it is easier for students to analyze a text when they are not asked to do because they feel more comfortable because there is no pressure. For example, in the essay ‘’Thinking in education’’ by John Dewey, explains how some people learn from experience. Dewey talks about progressive and traditional education.…

It is a mystery novel by Mary Downings about a girl who’s father, stepmother, brother, and stepsister all move into an old church in a small town down in the country. I fell in love with it immediately, I fell in love with mystery novels, especially ones that have sequels because I love the suspense of a good mystery. I was really sad when I couldn 't find anymore of Mary Downing’s books in my school 's library so I decided to look for more in my local library, but unfortunately I forgot how to spell her name so I had a hard time finding more books.…
