School Uniforms School uniforms have become one of the leading ways that make all students feel equal when it comes to the clothing. The wearing of uniforms will make the students feel as if they are part of a team that dresses alike. The uniforms also put the students in a safety net, with the wearing of uniforms to school no gang colors or items that identify gang association will be worn. I am an advocate for the wearing of school uniforms. Three reasons that support school uniforms are 1) uniforms keep students focused on their education, not their clothes 2)

In Miami-Dade County Public Schools Office of Education Evaluation and Management stated that fights doubled when the uniform policy was enforced. I would have notice something on the news saying that when school uniforms became mandatory, those violent school attacks were up. As well as students grades drop due to their new clothing appearance at the school. A study would have been done for all schools that made the wear of uniforms mandatory. Students feel like if they had to wear school uniforms restrict students' freedom of expression. Students feel like they should be able to wear want they want to school to help express their personality. With the students being able to wear what to is a crucial form of self-expression that will allow them to show their personality. With that not allowing the student to support causes, this may cause students to wear what they want to and deal with the punishment at a later time.
