Convicted of 1st degree murder, Adnan Syed has been spent half of his life in prison, since February 28th, 1999 for the death of his ex-girlfriend, Hae Min Lee. Serial Podcast have tried to unveil whether Adnan Syed is guilty or innocence. Many members of Serial, such as Sarah Koenig have tried to unfold this tremendously difficult case. Here is a brief summary of what happened, Adnan Syed broke up with Hae Min Lee late December of 1998. Hae began to date Jay on January 2nd, 1999, she suddenly went missing on January 13th, 1999. Her body was then found 3 weeks later in Leaken Park. Adnan was arrested on Febuary 28th, 1999 when the Baltimore Police received an anonymous call

Asia not being at the trial could of a had a huge impact on Adnan and who knows, could this have prevented Adnan from being convicted of 1st degree murder? Also, the day of when Hae was murdered, Jay and Jen were together. When Jay and Jen were interviewed by the detectives, their stories did not match, which doesn't make sense. Did Jay have something to do with the murder? With Cristina Gutierrez passing away midway through the case, this makes it much more complicated whether or not Adnan is guilty or not. If none of this evidences don't make sense, why is Adnan still in prison? Why doesn't Asia McClain test for an testimony? Here is a video regarding Cristina passing away, in which the attorney could possibly have another trial for Adnan Syed. Also why doesn't Jay have any sort of consequences?
