Administrative Customer Service Essay

Good afternoon, Mr. Mullins first and foremost I would like start off by thanking you for my promotion of the Administrative Customer Service Representative position. Although, I have yet to move into the new office space that is being provided for me along with the computer and the two monitors. I will still be needing to order some more appliances and furniture to make my office space complete. The Administrative Customer Service Representative job requires me to handle the customer’s payments, receive phone calls from customers answering questions. Having all of this in my office will allow me to feel more welcomed and give me that home feeling while at work. I have created a list of all the items that I have researched and where they can be found at.Office material such as pens, papers, folders, notes, notepads, stapler, and staples I will just get them from the company supply room. I have plants from home that I can place in my windowsill. I plan to decorate my office with pictures of me and my family on the shelf and my desk. Below is an example layout of my office space. I plan on placing the office desk near the window so I can still be facing the door. The executive chair goes behind my desk allowing me to move from side to side. The computer and two monitors will be centered on my desk facing me so that whomever walks in will not be able to see the monitors. The all in one scanner, printer, fax machine will be place at the edge of the desk, while the office phone is next to computer and monitors.
