Immediate
Relocate material handling staff to the AC side of the building this week. I noticed an office that would provide privacy outside of the large room to assist your staff with a dedicated office area. Please inspect and let us know if this meets your needs. The office would be classified as a permanent work area for your staff
Facilities will provide a box truck for your deliveries this week
Facilities will rent a forklift and provide a delivery date this week. Please check with your staff on their abilities to operate a rider Class 1 electric powered industrial forklift (small-mid size forklift) . I suspect the rental company may ask for a certificate of training by the users. …show more content…
I have to check with Transportation/facilities on the current assignments of box trucks...30 days
Overhead doors not working.....30-45 days
Hydraulic platform not working......30-45 days
The determination of the trash storage/removal onsite will be resolved......30 days
Staffing shortage-I recommend Aerotek Christina Shea 571 480-5842
Occupancy permit is in the last phase of a site inspection by the Fire Marshal on the fire alarm system. I hope to know this week their inspection date to complete.
I will work with ACPS IT on gaining access to the internet. Give me 10 days to understand options to connect the warehouse to a provider.
I would like to schedule a another walk through at your convenience to understand usage of the warehouse. I believe the space is not being used efficiently by facilities and material management and we need a game
