The sister was making realistic plans and goals with the patient. The patient had a trusting relationship with her, which therefore her communicating with me well resulted in the patient sharing a trusting relation with me. Her role was very beneficial and she discussed ways for the patient to return to his daily life without multiple distractions. However, the parents were missing and not informed. When asked about the parents not a lot was mentioned. At that point, I realized that was definitely a stressing point. Looking deep into the patients situation I came to a predicament of stigmatism in the patients culture. I belong to an asian family and I know that in my religion/culture mental disorders simply do not exist and are a form of weakness unless one is highly educated, works in the medical field or experienced someone go through a mental health
