1.1.1. The contractor shall provide maintenance agreement and repair services to support the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group at Robins AFB, GA. The contractor shall repair by the next business day or work eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days a week schedule. All maintenance on plotters (a.k.a OCE Plotwave Printers) as well as costs incurred during maintenance shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.

The Contractor shall provide standard coverage, which includes the following: travel, labor, parts (except consumable unless otherwise specified) and preventive maintenance. Preventive Maintenance means testing, adjusting, cleaning and replacement of components schedule in accordance with equipment service specification. If serviced plotters require the default settings to be cleared by the Contractor as part of the repair, it shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to restore to required initial settings and current required firmware. This shall be done prior to releasing unit back into service. 1.1.2. The Contractor, upon completion of each maintenance service call, shall provide a written repair report within three (3) business day. The written service report shall contain the following minimum information: Name of Company, Service Date, description of service performed, additional service needed (if any), legible name and signature of the technician performing the services, completion date of services, signature of on-site government technical POC. The Contractor, upon completion of the repair service, shall demonstrate to the on-site Government Technical Point of Contact (POC) that all aspects of the system are repaired and are properly functioning in accordance with industry standard practices, manufacturer’s specification and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2.0 Place of Performance: The plotters are located in buildings 140 and 169 on Robins Air Force Base (see 4.2). 3.0 APPENDICES 4.2 Equipment List 4.2.1 Océ PlotWave 500 System Configuration s/n=331001257 4.2.2 Océ PlotWave 750 System Configuration s/n=875001142 4.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY: None. 5.0 GENERAL INFORMATION 5.1 Duty Hours and Government Point of Contact (POC). The Contractor’s activities at Building 140 and 169 on Robins AFB shall be performed between the hours of 6:30 am and 2:30 pm (EST). The POC is located in Building 229N (F15 Lab), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Any work performed Robins AFB outside this time frame shall be coordinated with the Government POC and approved by the Contracting Officer. Contractor personnel are required to comply with Government security requirements to preclude potential security incidents or violations, including potential unauthorized disclosure or compromise of classified and/or controlled unclassified information. If a change in the security classification of the contract/order from an unclassified to a classified status becomes necessary after contract/order award, the Contractor shall make a reasonable effort to continue performance of work under the contract/order in compliance with the change in security classification in accordance with FAR 52.204-2, Security Requirements. 5.3 Access to Government Facilities: The Contractor shall ensure Contractor personnel accessing Robins AFB comply with the security procedures of the facility. Contractor personnel shall be escorted by the Government at all times. 5.4 Contractor personnel shall possess a valid driver’s license or state issued ID, and Social Security Card when visiting the Visitor Control Center. Contractor personnel who wish to drive on base must present a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration. 6.0 Safety Requirements 6.1 Contractor’s Safety Requirement: The Air Force is part of the OSHA Voluntary Protection
