I am introducing about 99p Stores where I have worked for 5 years and which is based in London and around counties. The owner Nadir Lalani starts the first store in the year January 2001. The store is located in Holloway, London. There after he opened another three Stores later in the year. Then he decided to expand the business throughout the UK and rapidly developed the 99 stores. Now they have more then 300+ stores and still continuing and added another chain to his market named Family Bargain to his chain. The main business of the store is selling the products to the customers. The products, which available in the store are 99p or lesser then that even the product priced higher. We do have some competitors in the market like pound land, pound world and 98p stores. We do maintain …show more content…
We won’t make the customer stand in queue for long since any customer is not happy standing in queue for long, which we make as an advantage. Customer service is another big asset for your company we treat customer as god, if a customer is not happy for the quality of the product we are happy to give refund or exchange to another product, which he likes. We will make sure that every store available with in the 5 kilometers radius since every customer can come to the store easily without any problem. And all the stores are very neat and tidy right now it’s is developed itself as a data driven and analytical driven that segment. Which makes the customer is attracted to come to the store and to buy the products, the employees of the company is also trained such a way that how to treat the customer and help the customer in the store, which applies to the entire chain of 99p stores and family bargain.
