Explain Dual Chain of Command |
Has 2 chain of commands. The Operational Chain starts from the President, through the Secretary of Defense to a commander of a unified or specified command to the assigned operational forces. The Administrative Chain is through the Secretary of the Navy and the Chief of Naval Operations to the operating forces. |
