Introduction

Creations by Gina Marie is a new store front retail and internet order based bakery that specializes in only gluten free items. It will offer a variety of cookies, cakes and cupcakes. What will separate my business from other bakeries will be my focused inclusion of gluten free options to our menu. Creations by Gina Marie will offer a store front retail for walk in customers as well as an internet site allowing for online ordering for gifts to be shipped across the country. For many years now the public has become more and more aware and conscientious of certain ingredients. DELIVERY. Supplier will arrange for delivery by according to the following schedule: July 13, 2016. WARRANTIES. Wonderland Bakery Supply warrants that the Goods shall be free of substantive defects in material and workmanship. INSPECTION. The Customer shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods to determine if the Goods are in reasonable condition. If they are not in reasonable condition the Customer may return the Goods to the Supplier at the Supplier's expense. The Customer must provide written notice to the Supplier of the reason for rejecting the Goods.

ARBITRATION. Any disputes related to this contract shall be resolved by arbitration. The parties shall select a mutually acceptable arbitrator.

AMENDMENTS. This contract may be amended if the amendment is made in writing and signed by both parties. APPLICABLE LAW. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. SIGNATURES. This contract shall be signed by Gina Marie Gilreath, Owner on behalf of Creations by Gina Marie, LLC and by Jim Smith, Owner on behalf of Wonderland Bakery

It will embrace a Christian worldview in business dealing along with customer service. It will observe Christian holidays. Creations by Gina Marie will be an entirely gluten free bakery working towards a GFCO certification that requires “All ingredients utilized in GFCO certified products are required to go through a stringent review process of approval. All ingredients must contain 10ppm or less of gluten” (Standards, 2015). This certification will allow customers, whom are gluten free, to feel confident in our products meeting their health
