The education field may be one of the most rewarding careers out there. Being able to touch so many lives at once and the privilege of teaching them so many new things is amazing. Not many are cut out to be a teacher. You have to have that willingness and openness to be a successful teacher. Children will depend on you to be the best you can be. They will always look for you to support them no matter what. Why be a teacher? It should be pretty self-explanatory. I cannot speak for no one besides myself. There are many reasons why I want to become a teacher. I want to become a teacher because it is something I have always wanted to do since I was a little girl. When I was younger, I have always been the oldest out of everyone else. It was only fair for me to be the teacher. My little cousins and stuffed teddy bears would be my students. I would give them all tests, play games, and have snack time. It is truly amazing how teachers are always remembered. A child will always remember their worst and their favorite teacher. What I want for myself is to be remembered by my students. I want to be remembered for everything positive I have ever taught them. As a teacher I would like to accomplish making a difference in student’s life. I know it is a bit cliché but it is true. I notice that most people remember their elementary school teachers the most. I want a student to come to me one day and say I helped them accomplish something. My career as a teacher would not be fulfilled…
