Also, people that work at Journal of Psychiatric Research have found that most crimes have not been related or link to violent video games. A parent can tell their kid that and make them know that it is just a game. Which video games also can teach you things that you might need later on in your life. Examples of this is that it can teach you to focus your attention, screen reading, and education arcade. These things can help you later on in your life and maybe in a job. …show more content…

A quote “Research shows that playing violent video games can induce a feeling of guilt that leads to increased prosocial behavior” which I think is true because a 12-14 year can tell if something is real or fake. Another thing is that the people that do bad stuff everybody assumes that it is because of video games. But actually most crimes are not even related to violent video games. In some of the text it says “especially boys, play video games as a means of managing their emotions: "61.9% of boys played to 'help me relax,”. Which I think is also true because you get into the game so you don’t really need to worry about what else is happening. “By age seven, children can distinguish fantasy from reality, and can tell the difference between video game violence and real-world violence. which I said before because if people say that video games make people violent there is more problems on T.V. Because as a kid you watch T.V and didn’t play video
