Luke Woodham born on February 5, 1981, was only 16 years old when he murdered three people, including his mother in 1997. Luke Woodham describes his childhood as one where he was neglected by his mother. During his confession Luke said his mother deserved it because she never loved him, and often called him fat and lazy. At trial Luke Woodham stated that his earliest childhood memories were of life his parents fighting and finally divorcing when he was in the sixth grade.
