What Does Identity Mean To You Essay

What does identity mean to you? whom you are inside matter to me. It does not matter what people think of each other. It matter what you think of your self. And how you want to make of yourself in the long run. There is a lot of people who don’t know what kind of identity they have for them self’s. And when they try to figure it out there identity threw there entire life then it’s to late.

Everyone has there own identity but only if you go look for it. You are not going to have an identity if you don’t go look for it. It’s also how you think about it threw your eyes and others. It’s also about what kind of name you are trying to make your self. For example my step dad he had an identity from when he was little. He never took anything from anyone. He did what he had to do to be the man he is today and has the identity he has now. He is currently the Vice President of TD bank. He is a hard workingman he never takes a break from work even if it means coming home late hours from work or even talking on the phone with work for hours. That’s just who he is as a person. Everyone knows what kind of identity he has. It’s always hard working and very family oriented. Also his identity has impacted me because of the way he is. A good role model always helpful and teaching me his way of being an adult and learning how to be responsible the way he is with everything he does. Just the way he is the same person I want to be when I grow up. Because he has always taught me how to always bounce back from any hard challenge that has got in my way. Some times the way they act have in impact on them or maybe the way they dress. Or how they are around other people. Or maybe it’s has something to do about there past and it has affected them in till now. For example now in days every just want to fit it and just have a good time and hangout with there friends. Then others choice to stay home and do homework trying to make a name for them self’s instead of them trying to be other cool person at school. Even though they make fun of them for not hanging out and doing nothing their identities will change later down the road. While the so-called cool people will be stuck with the same identity they have now. Because they decide to take the wrong path and hangout with their friends instead of butting in work and getting an education and butting in effort to be someone when they are older. On the other hand the people that did work and but in time have changed there identity over time. Because for all the cool kids they will be stuck with there identities for the rest over there life while the nerd kids get a whole new identity and leave the old one behind. And as time goes on the kids that they use to hang out with and had your back threw everything they won’t be there for long. They will eventually live on and be stuck with no identity anymore.
