During the superbowl, there are many commercials that are funny, emotional, or sometimes sexual. We find them very memorable, although they do not always send the right message towards their audience. But, of course we never tend to press rewind and actually analyze the commercial that was being aired. Many commercial tend to do that to try to “relate” with their audience, but they are doing it completely wrong. Some commercials show what society want us to be: sexy, skinny, strong. It may not exactly be presented that way but if one starts to realize and analyze a commercial that promotes sexual actions, then it would be easy to identify any of them. Today, commercials are based on sexuallity on women and men, but mainly women. Society convince the audience, women and men, to present themselves as sexual and/or hot. It may not be effective to some viewer but when it comes to a popular brand or product that is used by many young men and women, then that’s when it starts being effective in today’s world. A commercial that was presented in the year of 2015, that had all the Victoria’s Secret angels modeling a new product that claims to be the “Sexiset Push-Ups”. In this commercial, the angels are posing in a sexual way and making sexual contact to the camera. They are arching their back and touching their body up and down their torso, which seems to appear sexual. Their boobs are pushed up all the way to their chin, which is really not how they are without a push-up bra. There are multiple light skin models in this commercial and there only seems to be one african american model. There are no other race being involved in this commercial. All models look bony, none of them look like a realistic women. Yet, they are still ideals for some young girls that buy the products that are being sold by a certain
