Organizational culture is define as the set of shared, taken for granted implicit assumptions that a group holds and that determines how it perceives, think about , and reacts to it various environment (Kinicki & Williams, 2016).Verizon cellular phone service has been around for many years. I currently have services through this company as of today. I have enjoyed the service thus far. I left Verizon over ten years ago as a customer, yes they had the best service but was lacking in customer service, and prices were way above competitors prices.
