I agree with your analysis that Verizon is a market culture. I left Verizon over ten years ago as a customer, yes they had the best service but was lacking in customer service, and prices were way above competitors prices. I was tired of my bill being messed up and getting overcharged, and staying on hold for long periods of time while only waiting to speak to someone I couldn't understand from India. I agree that when going into the Verizon stores all the associates seem very knowledgeable and help all they can but its after you purchase the phone and have a problem is where the poor customer service experience happens (Jackson, et. al, 2017). At&t is biting at the heels of Verizon for that number one spot (Team, 2014). Also,
