To reach and inform TRAVFOODS target markets that consist of young working families, and elderly and disabled people, TRAVFOOD must take a couple different avenues in its marketing communication mix, because this is a wide target group and their means of primary communication may be drastically different. TRAVFOODS marketing mix will consist of personal customer interaction by our team at TRAVFOOD to make sales and build customer relationship, advertisement of TRAVFOODS services and direct and digital marketing which will consist of interactions with the targeted consumers and communities to gain responses and feedback on our services and cultivate lasting customer relationships. TRAVFOOD will create opportunities for employees and customers to get involved in charitable endeavors in ways that create long-lasting, experiences. Volunteering allows us to do good while also providing an opportunity for team bonding and fostering customer loyalty. “The competitive advantages of philanthropy for many corporations citing examples like Tom’s Shoes, where customers are willing to pay a premium price due to the knowledge that they are helping donate one pair of shoes with each purchase” (Affect). TRAVFOOD has picked these three tools because they best reach our wide target audience. What the digital marketing teams need is the capability to think strategically in planning front to back the end-to-end customer experience. But they also need the technology and budget to address the creating of better customer experiences given the complexity involved (Albee. A, 2015). Social media highly affects how a brand becomes a success. Social media in opposed to traditional media have a high potential to transfer a great bulk of information (Farhangi, A, 2014). Social media offers an opportunity to instantly share information and build brand awareness with the intent of engaging a targeted audience, which helps our objective of building brand awareness. Instagram has a user network of 500 million users, you cannot deny the power and influential reach of social media, “statistics show that advertisement on social media have the ability to reach more customers at once than one sales person can in an average quarter” (Mesenbrink, 2016). Creating advertisement on Facebook and Instagram is important to our goal and target market because the advertisement reaches people according to who they are and their interest. Social media advertisement is also more cost effective because you set your own budget. There is not set price to Facebook advertisement because it is runs like an auction, the advertiser sets how much they are willing to pay for an ad. Facebook also limits the number of ads a user sees. So an advertiser must understand the competition not with other advertisers who are trying to sale a similar product that you are but how many interest the user has, because they will see those
