This usually creates stress among employees and also employees will lose their motivation to work. The organizations are always changes because of the changing nature of their business, maybe that will be the expansion of the company, maybe the organization is closing down due to the lack of business opportunities. There are positive changes and negative changes that can happen to organization and its effect their employees as well. So the organizations need to have a solution to deal with their employees during these changes and their solution is the leaderships. IGate has a lot of outsourcing projects which are done in different firms.
