2. Is Dr. Stelars a transformational or transactional leader and why? I believe Dr. Stelars has a transformational leader personality and traits however when you get to the foundation of Dr. Stelars she’s a transactional leader. I struggled with this decision an went back and forth several times however Dr. Stelars was never shy about her plans. She used her relationships to get what she wanted to move the university forward but because she has a very likable personality she was able to build relationships across the campus and community which in returned increase campus morale. Which aspects of transformational leadership (idealize influence, intellectual stimulation, individualized influence and inspirational motivation) does Dr. Stelars best exemplify and why? I believe that Dr. Stelars exemplified three of the four aspects of transformational leadership she was able to show idealize influence by being able to explain her vision and grab other attention and persuade them to grab hold of her vision. She was able to show individualized influence because of her charisma and personality she was able to build personal one on one relationship with followers across campus which build morale.
