Introduction
A company is facing an impasse of low production, unhappy workers, high turnover, leadership change, and high material cost. These issues are challenging for a company that is trying to move forward with restructuring. At this moment, the company needs to make changes to continue to remain in business. Furthermore, the initial step is to find a balance between content workers and strong leadership. Workers want to feel they are supported in every aspect of a working environment. Moreover, the isolated workers are in a hostile environment. First, the safety of the individual is compromised. People have made several complaint on safety; nothing was done to help the situation.

Usually, an older person has gained experiences over the years to know what a worker is looking for in a leader and recognizes what motivate each group within the organization. The type of leadership that will give the organization the recipe for a strong future is adaptive leadership. The model goal of the leader is not viewed as a savior who solves problems for people, they conceptualized the leader as one who plays the role of mobilizer to tackle tough problem (Northouse, 2016, p258). Adaptive leadership is exactly what this business is required to get on the right track. Subsequently, multiple workgroups section of the company will appreciate his leadership as the business as seen some setbacks with other leaders in the past. He will need to have a meeting with those isolated workers who have felt they were not important enough to invest in their safety, nevertheless, inclusion of employees’ ideas should be taken into consideration for the future …show more content…
The process is to analyze where the company stands and how to implement the new plan to bring back confidence with the leadership. Once the implementation takes place, monitor each situation to find weaknesses and make changes as necessary. All members of the company need to play a part by notifying leadership of any situations that may be in the horizon. Together interpreting information, team leaders must take action based on the comprehensive interpretation of the problem. Action should not be taken haphazardly, this will result in misunderstanding and trust in leadership could be lost.
