Change Leader Journal After reading chapter one, I was able to capture and receive a different perception of what leadership entailed. Fullan (2011) stated, “The bottom line is that your best source of learning is day-to-day practice because it is only the experience that can engage and reshape the brain”. As a kinesthetic learner, I have learned to endure one day at a time, in order to process what has taken place during that day. I am stepping into the writing realm, which is out of my comfort zone when learning.
