When it comes to clothing and electronics relational shoppers are searching for the best brand. Whereas transactional shoppers are really not a concern with the name brand, they are only focused on the sale price. The fact that name brands are expensive and could be on the luxury side of things when it comes to the clothing, transactional shoppers would not care if the product had a name on it or not if the price is good they want it. For example, Kmart will have a 55-inch flat screen Emerson television on sale for $298.00 and Wal-Mart will have a 55-inch flat screen Samsung television on sale for $798.00. A transactional shopper will go stride for the Kmart sale and the relational shopper will strive for the Wal-Mart
