In leadership, there are many types of approaches. Leaders try to find out what types of problems there are and understand the situation. This all depends on behaviour because all workers do not have the same behaviour. According to Hannagan (2002, pp.36-38), ‘Leadership is the process of motivating other people to act in particular ways in order to achieve specific goals…they are judge on what they do’. Our leader selects some worker for training who is behaving well to leader. Than leader take decision improving his position and other worker work more but not improving his position. Leaders or managing staff have to solve them by applying different kinds of leadership approaches. In the leadership there are many types of theories. We try to compare the three groups to these theory’s the situational, leadership and organisational culture, and the path-goal theory. I was discussing how to solve problems. In the situational theory (Hersey and Blanchard 1982, cited in Hannagan 2002, pp.36-38) in situational theory I understand how to find difficulties and altering the leadership style which is to help to improve them to achieve success, and I try to find out workers who are not flexible with this job. In the path goal theory “(Robert House 1971)” I try to understanding leadership effectiveness in different situation. This theory mostly focused on how to get rewards and how to get the best performance from subordinates. Workers help to each other and try to remove problem on the path and get goals easily. The last theory is leadership and organisational culture, worker work whenever but if they do not finish work then a problem is created.
