The basic values that I have selected to guide me in creating my personal model of leadership are honesty, love, wisdom, and salvation. These values will represent my personal model of leadership. These four values will also help to contribute in with the levels of individual, interpersonal, organizational, and societal which can examine the performances and actions, meaning and purpose, and its effect. ????
Having a role of leadership is important. When one is a leader there is an expectation of having self control at times. One of my instrumental values was honesty. That’s one type of leadership quality that I do have, and that’s honesty. As a leader who is holding the position as leadership, I must be honesty and show honesty to every member of my team. In being a leader I also have to understand that I must maintain trust that is require of me when it comes down to disclosing certain information. As a leader I must always keep that acceptability so that I can gain trust and share vision. My team have to be able to feel that they can have faith in their leader that they follow. I talk about obedient, as a leader I must never cloud my judgement. My team should always be respectful, and I as well.
When I speak about organizational perspective, I am talking about communicating.
