Outsiders Essay
Joey the teacher told me that you couldn’t decide to read or watch the Outsiders. Well I have done both and I wanted to give you my opinion on both the movie and the book. I would personally read the book.
The reason I would read the book is, that I think it goes it to more depth than the movie and it explains it much better. The movie misses some things that I think are important to the story line. Like where Ponyboy gets jumped on the way back from the movies and the gang comes and get to him before the socs bet him up. In the book I think it explains the character much better and the author put more time into the story line and why they are in the position they are.
