Therefore, it is essential that our communication (our thoughts, words and body language) is as consistent, clear and positive as we can possibly make it. As it is our predominant thoughts that are responsible for the way we speak and feel, the next logical step is to introduce you to Thought Awareness. Thought awareness is the process by which we become conscious of and observe our thoughts as they come and go in our mind. It is the first step in the process of managing thoughts as we can only manage what we know exists. Once we are aware of our thoughts, especially the negative thoughts that undermine our success, including healing, we can consciously interrupt them and stop thinking them.

It was not easy to break my habitual responses, but I did! I learned to monitor my thoughts and reframe negative thoughts into positive ones.
